A Jump To The Left

It’s been 14 years since Jim Wright first began trading in the hardware shop at the Lennox Head servo. In those years he’s served just about everyone in town, from tradies to part time home renovators and amateur fixer uppers.

He gets an average of 40 to 60 people through the doors every day, and it seems like he knows just about every one of those names. You don’t get personal service like that everywhere!

Last month Jim’s hardware store moved a jump to the right into larger new premises at the Service Station. It’s thrown everything into a bit of temporary chaos, of course, but it has also meant that Jim has 20% more space and can spread out and increase his stock .

As he sorts and reorganises, Jim says he can now provide much better access, better visibility and just all round better customer service. He plans to broaden his paint range

His new shop is right next door to the old one in the new building.
