It’s a familiar story around here these days: you’re living in a big city, with huge commitments and high stress levels, but you have a dream to get away and live a simpler, cleaner, less stressful life.
This month we welcome Stasi Foukarre, his wife Tracey and their two girls to Lennox Head.
The Foukarre family sold everything up and left their hectic Sydney lives behind. Stasi ran a busy Greek restaurant and Tracey worked in marketing, but they hardly ever saw each other.
So, they took the plunge and bought a house in Lennox Head, still unsure of what they would actually do when they got here. But the grapevine was working in their favour and before they knew it they were talking to Mal and Kylie from the Gallery Cafe.
Stasi is now the proud new proprietor of this great Ballina business, and just as his predecessors did, he will travel from Lennox Head to work each day.
Sounds better than Bondi to Kogarah!
Stasi is a great guy—friendly and genuine, with a commitment to quality.
If you’re in Ballina and you need to stop off for some coffee and snacks, say Hi to Stasi and the team.
