So diners are particularly excited at the arrival of new chef Dennis Baker, whose new take on some old favourites is delivered with uncompromising artistry.
Like so many great chefs, Dennis knew from a very young age that he wanted to be a chef, and he set about achieving that, winning a TAFE prze in Tasmania that put him on the radar at Tetsuya’s in Sydney.
From there he spent two years working at Tetsuya’s before heading off overseas to work in two amazing London restaurants.
