It’s been 21 years since Dave Hulm took the reins of the local milk business and began a long and happy relationship with Lennox Head locals and businesses. Anyone who knows Dave will know that he’s always ready with a joke or a jibe and that he’s sad and sorry Sea Eagles supporter.
He’s handing over the business to a young father of two from West Wyolong Stewart Wright, who has moved to Lennox Head with his wife Amee, son Coopa (7) and daughter Marnee (6).
Stewart will spend several weeks working with Dave, learning the ropes and then Dave will ride off into the Lennox Head sunset (he’s not going far).
Stewart says he’s excited and nervous, so give him a wave if you see him.
Dave wants to say thanks to everyone who’s supported him over the years, and to Norco, who supply the loverlie milk. Good luck Dave!
